How do I store my caramels?
Wondering how to store your caramels? If yours didn't survive the journey home, don't worry—you're in good company! If they did, either you ordered the super-sized pack or possess unparalleled self-control. To keep your caramels at their best, store them at room temperature; refrigeration or freezing isn't necessary. Since our caramels are preservative-free, they're best enjoyed within 4-6 weeks of purchase.
Do you ship caramels?
Yes, we do ship—though on a limited basis! To ensure your caramels arrive in perfect condition and aren't exposed to heat, all shipments require overnight delivery. If you're interested in shipping, please contact us directly, and we'll work to get your order safely to your door.
My favorite caramels are sold out, when will you have them again?
Our caramels are made in small batches to ensure the highest quality, so we do occasionally sell out. If your favorites are unavailable, don't worry—just contact us, and we'll happily notify you as soon as they're back in stock!
How do you pronounce “caramel”?
There is only one way to pronounce caramel. We make each batch with love using a family recipe passed through generations. Therefore it is pronounced “care-uh-mel”
Do your caramels have food allergens?
All of our caramels contain dairy products, including cream and butter. Products containing nuts are also processed in our kitchen. We are gluten free and soy free and we never use preservatives.
